Doug Anderson

President, Specialty Accounts ManagerDoug came to AirPro directly after graduating with a chemical engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati. His career and expertise have expanded greatly over the years, starting off as a sales engineer and moving on to roles as project manager, operations manager, and eventually owner, president, and CEO. Doug’s ownership and management approach is aggressive with a stated goal of having AirPro take a true leadership role in the area of air pollution control and industrial ventilation service.
Over his long-standing tenure, he has developed a great deal of experience in working with dust collectors, mist collectors, fans, vacuum systems, etc. Beyond these more-traditional AirPro products, Doug has also worked on a large number of specialty projects over the years, including the application of equipment involved in general ventilation, HVAC, chilled water, process ovens, structural steel, environmental control booths, and even machinery that cleans 3D-printed metal parts. As President, Doug is fully committed to growth and excellence with a focus on covering customers’ needs under one contract where preferred.
Chase Harker

Territory Manager, Project ManagerChase was added to our team with the primary goal of increasing our presence in the state of Indiana. He has lived in Indianapolis all of his life, with the exception of his time spent at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute while obtaining a BS in mechanical engineering. After college, Chase spent some time with a well-known engineering and architectural firm, gaining knowledge pertaining to HVAC design along with exposure to fieldwork and project management. In his time at AirPro, he has quickly adapted to the services that we provide for clients and gained solid expertise mainly due to his technical background and aptitude. Chase has the knowledge and skillset to provide solutions to suit clients’ needs and will only continue to grow in the coming years.
Daniel Loy

Territory Manager, Project ManagerDaniel was added to our team in 2015 with the primary goal of increasing our presence in the state of Kentucky. Originally from Lexington, he is a lifelong resident and currently resides in Louisville, but spent many years living in Western Ky. Daniel came to AirPro already possessing years of experience in industrial sales throughout the Midwest, with a focus on heavy manufacturing's bulk material handling needs. This background helped Daniel offer our products in our respective industrial fields such as power generation, steel and aluminum manufacturing, foundries, paper mills, cement plants, etc. Dan's previous years in material handling quickly coupled with dust collection and air handling to provide our customer base with the knowledge needed to serve AirPro’s current and new clientele. Dan truly thrives in the field face to face with the customer and solving their issues. His work ethic and dedication are shown in the many successful projects throughout various industrial fields.
Joe Montag
Vice President – APNJoe Montag
Vice President – APNJoe came on board at AirPro with a focus on developing the customer base in northwestern Ohio, including parts of northeastern Indiana and southern Michigan. Joe is from the Dayton, Ohio area, but has been living in the Toledo area for quite some time. While there, he worked for a well-known HVAC equipment and supply distributor, specializing in industrial, commercial, and institutional filtration and HVAC systems. This knowledge immediately added to AirPro’s scope of expertise, and Joe was able to quickly expand his knowledge of dust collectors, mist collectors, fans, general ventilation equipment, etc. Joe enjoys addressing complex problems and has a great background in working with contractors to provide complete, installed solutions.
Kevin Tucker

Territory Manager, Project ManagerKevin joined the AirPro roster with a plan to maximize coverage in central Ohio, mainly Dayton, Columbus, and surrounding cities. He came to us already having a complete working knowledge of dust and mist collectors that came from working for an industry-leading equipment manufacturer. While with the equipment builder, Kevin’s various roles served gave him exposure to field service, application engineering, specialized controls design and troubleshooting, regional sales management, ending with a role as North American Automotive manager. He arrived at AirPro and immediately began quoting, selling, and executing projects. Since that time, he has increased our presence in his areas of coverage in a very significant way. As with our other territory salespeople, Kevin enjoys turnkey project management, starting with the initial design concepts, and ending with commissioning and start-up.

His experience in the armed forces indicated that certain desirable traits would be present, including leadership, attention to detail, organization skills, time management, and a consistent work ethic. These things have all been present during Daniel’s time at AirPro, and have allowed him to manage our client’s needs, mainly pertaining to replacement parts and equipment. He also is constantly expanding his technical knowledge, allowing for an expanding presence in the field to address needs such as project oversight, service work, and troubleshooting. Dan’s willingness to learn indicates that he will continue to expand his skill set, providing more and more value to our customer base.

Marketing, Aftermarket, Service ManagerLaura resides in southwestern Tennessee and joined AirPro having served a major filtration manufacturer in aftermarket sales for a number of years. As a consistent top performer, she gained experience in providing a variety of filters, parts, and components needed to keep air pollution control equipment operational and in a reliable manner. Laura also managed an aftermarket team, gaining experience in executing directives being carried out by several team members. Her overall experience allowed for a seamless and quick transition into helping serve AirPro clients. Today, her capabilities are extensive and include dealing directly with customers along with working with the territory sales staff to support their needs. Laura also spends significant time directing field service and maintenance efforts, making sure that equipment operates as intended and without interruption.
Jessica Froning

Accounting, HR ManagerJessica has an educational background in business-related areas, including a BS in communications from Wright State University, along with several years of accounting training and subsequent work. She also came to AirPro having experience working at an HVAC contractor, where she ran the dispatch department that includes a large number of field technicians. All of this experience has translated very well to AirPro. Jessica handles our accounting department along with several human resource functions such as insurance, payroll, and retirement plans. She also helps out in supporting our sales staff with vendor electronic purchasing management sites, project and equipment summaries, and maintaining job scheduling. Jessica works hard to keep things running smoothly in the financial aspects of AirPro’s business.

Engineering DirectorSteve is an Ohio Registered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in industrial facility-related disciplines. His specialties include industrial ventilation, process utilities and thermal systems.
In addition to developing the engineering design and detailed drawings sets for AirPro, Steve works with our sales staff on the front end of projects. This includes equipment selection, engineering studies, system audits, and design calculations. He oversees value-added services that we provide, including piping, foundation work, structural design, demolition planning, and project management. Steve is our primary resource for combustible dust, OSHA and NFPA compliance. Combining the knowledge of a technical sales staff with the capabilities of a professional engineer has increased AirPro’s capabilities in many ways and provides great service and value to our clients.
